ALSCO Food Check Group utilizes the Thomson Prometric /NSF Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) certification exam for its course offerings. Classes are taught by ALSCO Food Check Group’s Founder & President, Alfred Scoglio.

Once candidates pass the certification exam, they will receive a Food Manager Certificate and will also be registered with Prometric in the national database of certified Food Managers.
